Collation of information and all matters pertaining to bird ringing in the USA have been transferred to the Washington Biological Survey. This address appears as Wash Biol Surv on the tiny leg rings used. A letter was recieved posted from Arkansas, it read
"Dear sir, I shot one of your birds, a crow I think. I followed the instructions on the ring and I have to tell you it tasted disgusting."
