	in the next couple of weeks i will be taking part in a sponsored bike ride ( on an exercise bike, lol), in aid of the British heart Foundation. we are aiming to 'travel' over 100 miles in 8 hours, 8 of us are taking part due to the event happening during office hours, lol so have to take in turns to actually get some work done......... if anyone could spare some loose change and sponsor me, please pm me & i'll give the link to sponsor online, thanks Jane xx
