Several of my Reeves relatives lived in Balby Carr, Doncaster and were railway workers at the end of 19th century and beginning 20th. There is a lot of stuff about modern Balby Carr on the net but I'd love to know what it was like a hundred years or more ago. Were there railway cottages there does anyone know? We haven't got early full addresses and it is shown as quite an undeveloped area at that time
