Member Since: May 2007 Posts: 5 136 Send Message	IN ONE PARTICULAR STREET IN GALASHIELS IN THE SCOTTISH BORDERS SINCE 1993 IS TO RECEIVE A COUNCIL TAX REBATE. THIS IS DUE TO THEM BEING BANDED WRONGLY. IT WILL COST SCOTTISH BORDERS COUNCIL £100.000.00 HOW MANY OTHER COUNCILS HAVE DONE THE SAME THING, AND OWNED UP TO THEIR MISTAKE??
