	went into work yesterday and thismorning tho i had pain across head back and neck managed to get thru work this mornign inbetween runnin upstairs under threat of being sick, told boss as i left for lunch i dont think i gona make it back later, explained why, he said take it easy see how you are came home fell asleep on settee in sunshine, blessed FM hadnt reared its head that bad for a few weeks, it just knocks you when it does
