Two couples were playing their regular Bridge game Saturday night when one couple lost the hand rather spectacularly. They decided to take a break.

The couple who lost the hand went to a corner.

"Will you please tell me," demanded the wife, "how in the world you can make a bid of three no-trumps when I was sitting there with all four aces and a king in my hand?!"

"Well, if you must know," the chagrined spouse said, "I bid on three queens, two jacks, and four whiskeys."
