Thank you Ann, here is a snippet from that report.

Jack may you R.I.P. and may your parents find solace. Gillian Jennifer.

Sudden Adult Death Syndrome is a non-traumatic, unexpected heart attack within as little as six hours of previously witnessed normal health.

And experts estimate that at least eight young people die each week in the UK of cardiac abnormalities.

Bev said Jack's postmortem report had recorded this as the cause of death but that doctors found no abnormalities with his heart and said he had died of natural causes.

She said: "It shocked me when I found out there were so many cases like this every year. It can really happen to anyone even very fit athletic people. For us it really is one day at a time. In a way not having a real reason still makes it very difficult to understand.

"But I'm really pleased about all the things the students and school are doing, it is all really positive. I know losing Jack hit them hard too and their hard work and kindness has been lovely."

Thank you all, I will go and google the newspaper now, bless his parents, gosh how they must be feeling, I fight on for this education and awareness to try, even in a tiny way, to limit the amount of deaths to this silent killer, and with your help, this number will eventually come down, have you all signed the petition for this?

Two tragedies and still you fight on for others. Bless you Jennifer and bless Stephen and Stephen junior.

There is a big piece in tonights local paper about the lad that died in Gloucester a few months back. I don't know if you remember me saying at the time. The inquest showed he died of SADS. His school are collecting money for a memorial for him and any money left after they purchase it will be given to cRY. There is also an explanation about SADS in the paper. To read it google Gloucestershire newspapers and look at The citizen.

Gradually the message is getting around.

My nephew Simon has Brugada, another strain of SADS, his only hope is to have a defribullator fitted which is expected to happen within the month, he would not have known about this but for Stephen, he would just have died, suddenly. That is why I want everybody to be aware of this silent killer, it strikes so quickly, and marks us for life.

My heart goes out to you for your tragic loss of both Stephen and his dear son, how cruel life is.

God must think you a very special lady as He chose you to bear this heavy cross, to witness to those of us who are left behind to wonder and be grateful and say "God willing, this will never happen to us".

with love
