I am having a problem reading a marriage cert. I viewed online not because the writing is difficult but because by the end of the page it is very faint. I can't read with any certainty the wife's father's christian name and in place of the mother's name there appear to be 2 lines. Does this mean she was dead? Can anyone who has obtained a cert tell me if it would be clearer than what is on the computer screen? Thanks. |

If Mum was dead the cert should say her name, maiden name & then deceased. |
