Hi,
I have found a marriage for Robert Hall June 1885 Fylde 8e 101, but it does not show his wife on either Ancestry or free BMD.
Does anyone know of anything else I could try?
Hopefully Pat.

Could be the wife has been transcribed incorrectly.

HALL Robert WYLIE Fanny Old Fylde Blackpool OFY/12/164 . 1885.

I got this from Lancashire BMD, could this be your couple ?

If you have a look at the site, you can print off an application form and send it off, usually comes back by return of post. The GRO number is of no use on this site..

I got this by looking at all the Fylde marriages in June 1885:

Wylie Fanny Fylde 8e 10*1

Image looks like 1011.

Thanks Nicky and Rose,
Its one I am doing for my cousin, her mothers family.
On the 1901 the wife's name is Ann so I was restricting myself to that name, should know better by now.
Thanks again to everyone who replied
Pat.
