Parish registers for the area covered by the address just might reveal some clues but it would be a case of trawling through them,- baptism, marriage and burial, on the offchance that someone else shows with the same address.
In my experience the date is rather too early to expect a good result though......

The birth was c1828. this is a last resort Reg. to try to find this family, I got the address from 1861 Census, it actually stated the full address under 'Where born'

Firstly, when was the birth?

The only records of all people at any given address are censuses, which, as you probably know, are taken every ten years. However, 1901 is the last one available to the public.

ER's are taken annually, but only record the names of those eligible (and registered) to vote.

where a person was born is there a register somewhere that I can find all who were living there.

If there is can some kind person give me the details on how to look this up please.
