Make sure you have backed up to a cd or internet storage before you reintall the program though, in case anything goes awol.

Give it a while and go back and try again - I have a prob sometimes uploading new info to my home web page from the FTM but if I go back later in the day its fine.

You can always email them - they normally reply very quickly.

I am having problems with FTM 2006. When I try to do the web search it brings up the results page but it is all white with no text on. Before this it was saying I wasn't connected to the internet. I have tried the help file which was not helpful at all and I'm completely stumped now has anyone else had similar problems or any ideas?
