I don't know of any old lists online.
They will be at a main library or archive / Record Office local to the address.

As they are listed by address, you need to be fairly sure of the road.

If you have an address in Soham you....or someone... could check the electoral lists through the years since to see how long they were there.
With a common surname, you are going to need to narrow the search by checking probable 'sightings' remembering that electoral roll lists are usually compiled in the October of the previous year.

I am at a loss to know how to find more recent history on my lost family. I am trying to find what happened to Joan Wright[nee Riordan] and her husband Donald last heard of living in Soham Cambridgeshire around 1959. Joan was born in Cork Ireland about 1913 and had married Donald in 1958 but since then no trace.
If anyone out there has any ideas I would be most grateful
