Ancestry only has one Wes* Sta*rp* born between 1865 and 1875 - and only lists him for 1871, 1881, and 1891. |

Incidentally, you don't need to know the wife's name to order a marriage cert.......as long as you have one person's name, and the full GRO info, you can order a cert.......... |
