Ancestry have both FreeBMD (transcriptions ongoing, currently almost nothing post 1925), and the scans of the national indexes, where you need to look at the relevant page for your surname, for each quarter (the index has not been computerised). |

My dads brother was killed at Cronton Colliery, Lancashire. I have found newspaper clippings (no year) he lived in Huyton, Liverpool. I have searched Ancestry and cannot find any trace what so ever of him. I am lost on this one. |
