My relative John Stanley born around 1823ish is shown on the 1861 census at 23 Picton Street Bradford. I have his son Joseph Stanley born 1859 at 29 Picton Street on the 1871 census with parents John and Sarah (same as on 1861) but his parents and some siblings are shown with the surname Warmley. Any ideas what may have happened? |
