I contacted a member of Ancestry who had a tree with a couple of relatives in common with me. I emailed him through the Ancestry connection service keeping my email address private, and I received an email from him straight to my email address. This didnt happen last time I used this service, but is making me think twice about using it in future. |

Thanks, Linda. It wouldn't let any bits of the message through at all so maybe that's it - that the contact has tried to attach something to the e-mail. |

That could be it, actually, Paula. I think the "identified as unsafe/safe" thing has been brought in quite recently. |

I've had no problems with messages through the connections service. They don't come directly from the persons emails they come via ancestry so maybe thats why its being picked up as dodgy?? |

Don't know if anyone has come across this but I've got a message throught from Ancestry saying I've got a message from someone about a relation on my Ancestry tree. |
