I have looked through the births from 1921 - 1930 and found other Roe birth with MMN Smithson and that was Kenneth Roe 1921 Jan-Mar 1921 and Richard G Roe 1930 Oct-Dec both in Beverley.

Also as for the Elsie M Smithson who married Harold Roe.

I found a birth of Elsie Mary Smithson

Harold S. Roe married Elsie M SMithson 1920 July-Sep 1920 Beverley.

If the one found above is correct, to find his siblings you would have to search the GRO index (on Ancestry) quarter by quarter looking for Roe with MMN Smithson.

You could also search the marriage index for a Roe/Smithson marriage. I have checked FreeBMD but there is nothing there - the 20s are not yet fully transcribed

His marriage cert to your gran would show his dads name which may help finding his parents marriage

Could anyone please do me a favour and look for my Grandads birth for me please as I would like to know some more info about my grandad ie:- his mothers name, I would also like to know about his siblings but don't know where to look as only know there names.
