For some reason I cannot open Microsoft Works Task Launcher, when I click on it nothing happens, I use this quite a lot, |

What have you installed on your computer since it last worked? Are you running Norton? |

If the Task launcher doesn't work then go into your documents and open a file produced by Works. That will then allow you to create a new document. I would also suggest doing a System Restore to a date before this problem started, which should repair the shortcut fault. |

speaking from experiance, never ever do a restore unless you are sure you don't have a virus |
