I have read about this elsewhere so don't know how accurate it is, but it could mean 'likely to become a public charge' ie. no Visa or means of support. |

Hi I found my great grandad on Ancestry border crossing from Canada to US 1895 -1956 does anyone know what the initials LPC stand for in the column "By whom was passage paid" thanks |
