How Do I Do This on FTM Please

FTM will actually allow you to enter as many dates as you wish for an event. You have to make one your "Preferred" fact. In the case of a birth date the preferred one will appear on the screen. Both will appear in reports, however. |

I think I have sorted it as best I can. I have put born between 1781 and 1784 in Greystoke or Crosthwaite and put a note for Ann detailing the two possiblities. |

I would think that you've got 2 seperate people there. I f you want to add them both to your tree I would suggest you add one of them as an unrelated individual until you decide which one is yours. You can always merge them afterwards. |
