Hi Circus Street was situated off Byrom Street and Christian Street in Liverpool Town centre not sure if its still there today as the John Moores University covers a large part of that area. The Street was just behind the Liverpool Museum |

It's definately Liverpool as the registration district says Liverpool, sub district Islington. I've google earthed Islington in Liverpool but there's no Circus Street. Doesn't come up on google maps either. |
