yes its been playing up for a few days now. BMDS full searches get kicked off as unavailable

Have reported this problem to Ancestry several times asking Why?, did so again yesterday also asking why they do not reply?

Still no response !

Having subscribed to Ancestry about 8 weeks ago I appear to have contacted them about one prob or another at least twice a week and as for the automated response of a reply within 48 hours, its a joke. I will not be renewing. I find the site 'The Genealogist' much better although it doesn't have as many records as yet.
