	CMF mean --found on a Tag which was on my F I Law when he was injured at Montecassino. It has General Hospital at CMF --this was in 1944 in the WW2

For Australia it stands for Civilian Military Force, but if he was from the UK it stands for Central Mediterrean Force which was part of the Armed Forces Postal Service (see wwwremuseumorg*uk).
