Outlook Express E-mail question??

Hi Margaret,

The only prolem is so many people have my e-mail address, also registered on various website incude GR in this, with this e-mails address. It would take forever to change all the wesite details and friends etc with new e-mail address.

Oh Bel,

I have blocked some e-mails but new mail keeps coming in, it has the same email address they just add a differnt name at the start of the e-mail address so it doesn't get blocked because of this.

My e-mail is ok now, maybe was just a blip in my system, not sure though but whatever it was it has sorted itself out now.
Only problem now is new spam e-mails coming in again. Ohoooooooooooo

Betty, I know exactly how you feel. Every single e-mail comes from a different 'address' - you wonder 'how the hell' do these people get your e-mail address? Somehow they do!

Probably the only option is to change your e-mail address!

Hi Margaret,

I just have AVG, Spybot, and Ad-Aware, these e-mails are coming from abroad and I don't know where they get your e-mail address from because I don't openly give mine out to just anybody.

Somehow they get them though, some e-mails are of a sex nature, won't say anymore but I don't like to receive these, so I black them but still they come with different e-mail addresses.

Betty, I have Outlook Express too and like you have been receiving some very dubious e-mails recently - it's irritating to say the least.

What Security system do you have? I have Norton, which provides an 'allowed list'.

Hi Rose,

Sorry just came on computer, no I don't have any message rules except block sender list. Don't know why but recently I have been getting so much weird mail.. I had to block them really weird stuff in these e-mails, can't say just how bad on the boards.

Do you have any message rules or spam software setup?

Go to Tools -> Message Rules -> Mail

Thanks for you reply!!

Yes I do have Blocked senders as I have been getting some really weird e-mail from abroad somewhere recently, selling some very strange things too. So I have bloaked these e-mail addresses from coming into my inbox. But why would I have normal mail being blocked, it still comes into e-mail address but goes into my deleted folder.
Whereas the blocked e-mails are blocked so they don't come into my e-mail at all.

Hi everyone don't know what I have done to my e-mail but new mail is coming into my Deleted mail box!! Not all mail just some going into my Inbox and some going into my Deleted mailbox. How can I change it.
