Remember that on the 1841 census the adult age is rounded up or down 5 years, which would mean the first one born 1821 could well be yours, I have also read on these boards before people being listed at 2 address`s, maybe stayed at one on census night, then visited the 2nd address and the enumerator was present or arrived while they were there, and then they got included on that one as well. A bit of a long shot I know, but not impossible. |

It could be that he is the son of one family and was visiting the other family. I have a rellie pops up twice on one census - once with family and once as visitor. |
