Does anyone have access to searches in the Cambridge area? I have managed to trace my family to Robert William Plane born in Cambridge in 1905 - am awaiting his birth certificate - but have come up against brick walls everywhere else. Help |

There is a website for the Cambridgeshire Family History Society that has got a "searchable indexes" section which might be helpful. |

Robert, I've checked the Camdex site and the Baptism Index but couldn't find a Robert William Plane, so maybe he wasn't actually born in Cambridgeshire. |
