Had an email too this morning (sent approx 3am)suggesting deleting cookies etc and using control and F5 to refresh page etc. Have to say no probs today.

Trying to access a tree yesterday , got an Error message saying that this error has been reported!!!

Me too...it's been driving me potty this evening and I had the same trouble yesterday. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

This site has got soooo slow too...So much for the improvements!

I just emailed them

Took quite an effort 'cos I kept getting white paged!


Even the first attempt to preview the message when I finally did get into the right place was ........................ white paged!!!!!


PLUS the fact that the way I fianlly had to go to send a message to them asked for where I was (country and city) and for my PHONE number because they MIGHT want to make contact with me.


Told them I refused to do that, and that it was probably against the Privacy Protection Act here in Canada!

I have worked out why we are having these problems :-))

...Cos all the GR boffins are too flippin busy answering all the flippin complaints that they dont have time to get the flippin site running properly!

(they dont even have time to e.mail anyone back either)

Flippin fed up!

Me too! it's driving me nuts!!!

I have to keep starting right from the begining...

sign in....Page cannot be displayed!.......

sign in again. Click on a board,click on a thread.....

page cannot be displayed again!!!!!!

Then! if you try to add to a thread!...aaaaggghhhh!
Page cannot be displayed!!!!!!!!!!or the happy genes wotzit!

All this fun and we now have to pay double the cost to join! Whoopee flippin doooooooooooo!

have been getting white paged just now when trying to move onto the next page on certain boards ................ manage to look at so many pages then white paged, eg, got to p.5 on Records Board, couldn't go any further back!

It's been driving me nuts today just trying to get into any of the forum boards - constant error messages and, yes, it's been going on for days now.

Sooooo frustrating! I'll probably get another one now when I try to post this! Have given up on half my posts today already.
