Some interesting references on this site. Can´t actually get the info but it does tell you where to go. Didn´t know that you could sell your wife if you couldn´t afford a divorce! Oh and it tells you which census records (mostly 1841) have been lost or destroyed. |

Kathryn, I´ve been trawling through that site again and I just can´t find anything about the missing census records. and it won´t let me into the search box. I´ve spent ages looking but I definitely KNOW I saw these lists, they were in boxes according to the year. Mainly 1841 but a few also for 1851. Someone tell me I´m NOT going crazy! |
