why do they say i have hot matches, when i look at them there not even in the same area! just the name and date are the same, wish they would go by the area too!!

Patience is a virtue!

It is entirely down to individual preference, but I do recommend going through them. Most you can ignore, you will probably find only a few that look like matches. Some of these will probably not be matches at all, but one of them could be THE one.
