Can anyone help with First World War records?

This is not strictly family tree related but I'd appreciate any help. My local museum are compling a list of local people who fought in the first world war. My mum knows that my Grandad was in the Leicestershire Regiment at this time but he is missing from the list which the museum say is very incomplete. His name is Harold Leslie Hodges and he was born in 1898 in Northamptonshire. She has asked me to try and find out any details as the museum need the following info before they can put him on the database: |
