Many thanks Shirley for also confirming 333, and Kathleen - I was having a "senior moment"! and will make sure I get it ordered correctly, thanks everyone.

Brenda,

The 7b is the volume number and the 333 is the page number - not the other way round as you have stated.

If you get them the wrong way round the GRO are likely to say you have given the wrong information.

Its 333 . I think the freebmd transcriber was having difficulties reading it.

have enlarged the print and it reads 333

I want to order the death certificate for James Harvey Death Sept 1864 Chesterfield Page 7b Vol? On freebmd it states Vol (23)23 and Ancestry 333 or 323, could someone have a look and help me decipher this. Many thanks. Brenda
