Thank you for replying. I was beginning to get really worried as I thought it may be my computer. I get really annoyed when I pay for a service and then don't get what was promised. I think it's an age thing! lol

I've been getting the same messages in the last couple of days.

Sometimes if you just click again straight away on the view image icon it comes up with no bother. However today I have had another message come up on screen saying something like they are having problems - please check out our other sites, etc. etc.

I think it is just a way of trying to get us to look at their other sites. It's not usually as bad as the last couple of days though.

All I seem to be doing since subscribing to the UK version is having problems. When I find an image I really want to view I get an 'error viewing image process' message. I am getting so frustrated and despite emailing the site I get no help in sorting it. I have downloaded the enhanced viewer etc.
Anyone else having probs please or is it my computer set up.
