All French phone numbers are ten digits, starting with a zero, when dialled from within France. To call from outside France, dial your international access code, then 33, then the French number without the initial zero. For example to call 06 12 34 56 78 from the US or Canada dial 011 33 6 1234 5678, from most other countries it is 00 33 6 1234 5678.

I am trying to locate my father, his wife and his children. I have all of thier names, ages and that they live in Belguim.
I am also tryign to locate my half brother who lives in Provence in France with his mother.
