Hi Gill, Thank you for that, have looked, it seems the only way of finding out is to go to Kew, nothing actually on line for the dates I need. At least I know some records exist. Thanks again Christel |

I'm trying to find the death of a 'Chief Mate, Merchant Service' between 1892 and 1901. His name was Harry Whitworth Hett. I'm fairly sure he died at sea. Does anyone know if there is a web site covering this era? Many thanks Christel |
