Hi Peter Expiry date on my Credit Card is Nov 2008 so that's not the problem. I have used my credit card for other things and had no problems Thanks anyway Regards Jackie |

My Genes membership is due today. I did ask for continous membership when the date was due. Today I recieved an email from Genes saying they could not renew as my Credit card must have changed. I have the same Credit Card and the same number as last time. I also have heaps of Credit on this card. So then I tried to pay with my credit card myself and it won't accept it. So after today I won't be a member. I have emailed Genes but as yet have not recieved a reply. Just wondered if anyone else has had this same problem? Very Disgruntled Jackie |
