Records arrived and quite interesting. Has height, eye and hair colour and years of service. Had my relative been married with children when he joined this would have been listed too but unfortunately he joined before marriage but well worth £5 |

Staffordshire County Council have just released their archive of all serving officers from 1842-1977 and can be found here ... http://www(.)staffordshire(.)gov(.)uk/leisure/archives/OnlineCatalogues/StafordshirePoliceIndex.htm remove brackets hope this is useful to someone. |
