Can anyone give me ideas as to how I would find what school a relative taught at. She was Florence Ada Howells born in Cardiff 1883 and died 14th May 1975 at Royal Hamadryad Hospital Cardiff her death was registered by Gwendoline Irene Robinson of the same address of 169 Newport Rd Cardiff. On the certificate it says she was a retired school teacher , I have Florence with her family 1891 and 1901 census also she is the informant on her grandmothers death certificate at 220 Newport Rd Cardiff in 1922 ( my GGG Grandmother). I am going to try and get to the local newspaper office tomorrow to see if there is an obituary which will give me some information. Would be grateful for any help Thanks Pam |

A generous GR member was offering lookups of teachers' info.........if you put 'teacher' in the search box, the thread may still be accessible...... Reg |
