I have a William Stockwell on the 1841 census born 1833 in Oxford with a brother Jos?His father was called either Rhd or Rhs? There seems to be quite a lot of them as wellAny help would be appreciated. Annie |

I think you'll find that Rhd is Richard. Jos is standard abbreviation for Joseph Reg |
