having a problem with a message re pop-ups on here. I was wanting to access a shared tree - been in a half an hour ago, but now get a message saying pop-ups blocked, click to temp. allow them, but when I do it, i still cannot get into the shared tree. does anyone have any ideas how to solve this? thanks vicky |

Hi: I just had the same problem when I clicked on 'view tree' next to a contact's name on my contact page. However, when I went in to my GR tree and used the drop down menu, clicked on the contact's name, their tree appeared. Linda |

If you really must have pop-ups blocked, then just go into your browser settings and add this site address to the exceptions list. |

thanks very much for that tip,I have just used it only to find after all the care I have taken with holding living relatives in my tree, a ex relative has disclosed all!!! annoyed is not the word!! |

Peter, It's not a problem with IE. The problem is the Google Toolbar blocking the pop-ups. Rose |
