You will have no problems - As Marion has said, the staff are extremely helpful but make sure that you tell them all that you know.

Thank You trouble is I am not really sure what I am looking for - I had 2 families who settled there mainly working in hotels so not sure where to start. I will give the website a whirl though! Alice

http://www.westminster.gov.uk/archives/ It is well worth exploring their site. I have been there twice, briefly, and found the staff helpful.
