Bob Thanks for that. That would fit in as it was near Windsor Castle Would the person have been working at the Castle do you think to have buttons like that on his uniform? Kim |

...G R on General Service Military buttons is often the cypher for the Reigning monarch, for example those with E R are for Elizabeth 2....G R being one of the King Georges Bob |
