Help Reading Occupation Please

Can any one help to read what the occupation was for a John Preston in the 1901 census born 1879 in oakham, Rutland. He appears to be living in wales as a boarder. In the registration district of conway, sub reg district of Creuddyn. Others listed are as follows Annie Anstey 23 Ethel Anstey 17 Frank Anstey 5 months Henry Anstey Many thanks Julie Sorry meant to say place of birth for John Preston shows as Market Overton, Rutland.

He is Under Forester and Gamekeeper. Henry Austey is the Head Forester and Gamekeeper Shirley
