How long do gro certs take to arrive?

Hi Claire, yeh i have that package.. however i have bt broadband and homehub and my teen age daughter seems to think it is her personal phone to call mobiles and because i cant put a call barring option on the hub phone it is a nightmare. I have now taken to hiding the thing and taking it with me when i leave the house!! |

Thanks Paula, i was really hoping that it would arrive today, i usually order over the phone, however this registrars office did not have debit card facilities. |

I ordered a birth cert through gro last week, which was due for dispatch yesterday. Do they send them 1st or 2nd class? My postman has just been and instead of my nice eagarly awaited birth cert arriving- I get a whopping phone bill instead!! Ancestors cost a lost less than teenagers left unattended with a home phone!! :( :( |
