Hi i have a RALPH ASPINALL C 1821 LEITH SCOTLAND marrying ANN ? thought it was CROSTON but now i have got them on the 1851 census they are living with Anns mother Mary HART . so i am looking for a RALPH ASPINALL marrying ANN HART. c1848 1851 in the Leigh/ Wigan area of lancashire. Their 1st child David was born 1851Bedford Leigh Lancashire and on the 1851 census Ann was 21 years old born Hindley Lancashire and her mother mary was 61 and came from London any help would be great thanks linda |

If Ann's mother had been widowed, she could have married again. (My OH's tree has one who married 4 times!) Or was it Ann's second marriage? Christine |

Looking at the 1851 census, Linda, Mary Hart is the head and Ralph Aspinall her son and Ann her daughter in law. It's a terrible mistranscription. Ralph is Naych Lopinall. |

On BVRI there'a a marriage of Mary Aspinall and William Hart 18 April 1825, Winwick, Lancashire. Possibly Ralph's mother? It doesn't say whether she was married before. |
