Thanks Paul. Very interesting. O.H's GGGGGrandfathbner was transported for life in 1803. They made a settlement in Australia but it was unsustainable so they moved to Tasmania. There are a couple of books about it, and I believe a TV series which I am still trying to get hold of . Will have a good look through the site Linda |

Did you know that there are a number of old Australian newspapers which can now be accessed via the internet? Yes, you can read them on your computer screen or download them and print them out! So where do you find them???
