I dont think the terms Of Age and Minor have been used on marriage certs for quite a time Minor meant over 12 for girls . and over 14 for boys but under 21. Of Age meant any age over 21. The minimum ages were raised in the 1920.s i think Shirley |

i have a marriage cert that says the bride was a minor does that mean they were under 18 or 21? Thanks Sharmala |
