Why have i not had any hot matches for months, in fact i cant remember the last time i even heard anything from Genes. Is it just me or is everyone having this problem? Denise. x

Hi Denise I didn't hear anything from genes but took a look anyway and they were there...That's three lots i've had without a message been sent from genes... Although i got a message Monday this week so maybe they starting to again??

I've been getting them as regular as usual, however my matches are a litlle hit and miss, last time i had matches with people i've been in touch with and have 20-25 matches, however in my recent matches these are missing and i have a list 30 pages long with people with 1 match, it will take me 3 weeks to go through them. Martin

If you update your GR tree by importing a gedcom file from your home pc then you will lose all your hot matches and it then seems to take at least a couple of weeks for them to reappear. Very annoying.
