Trade directories of the time (at County Record Offices) might tell you where the shops were. Kath. x

I have recently found that she had shops in Liverpool. Pawn Brokers, second hand clothes. Annie Griffiths 1883-1965. She married William Rainford. I have heard these shops were hers and her husband had no hand in them. Unusual for the times? How can I find out more about these shops?
