Fresh Eyes Required for a Death Look Up - Please!!

Hi I'm having trouble finding my great grandmothers death registered anywhere.... She was born Florence E M Courtney in Islington London and married Isaac Towler. They lived and had children in Orsett, Essex. I'm not sure what year she died but my father remembers her well so I would say sometime around the 60's possibly early 70's. I'm having no joy searching on ancestry, and now have a banging headache having been on pc almost all day!!! Please could I borrow someones fresh eyes :-) Thanks |

I've looked from the beginning of 1965 to the end of 1975 and haven't found her. There are a few Florence's without the middle two initials. It depends on how well the informant knew her as to whether she is registered with all her names. Do you have a date when you know she was definitely dead - for instance someone's marriage, birth etc, when she definitely wasn't around? That would give an end date to your search. Kath. x |

Is this her birth? Births Jun 1898 (>99%) Courtney Florence Emily M W. Ham 4a 144 I guess she could easily have lived well into the 70s/80s Not showing from 1984. |
