WW1 records look up.

Can any one look up my granddads ww1 records for me . His name was Henry Robert Browning born 1892 st lukes london . farthers name was Robert and mums Annie. He lost a leg and i think he was in the london rifles. thanks Paul.

There is nothing for that name on the WW1 Pensions List if that was what you were thinking about. Army records are not on Ancestry, just the list of pensioners. Kath. x

It's not just a list of pensioners!!! Their service records are on there, but there are lots missing.

Hi Ann I didn't mean to say that there are no army records on Ancestry, just that the only army records are for those who were entitled to a pension, and then not everyone is listed. Kath. x
